Come join our team of experienced, dedicated, and committed professionals whose focus is to solve the mission-critical problems of our customers.Brown Technologies is currently seeking an Integration & Test Engineer – NGC2 Experimentation Support who is a self-starter supporting the NGC2 (Next Generation Command & Control) experimentation efforts with U.S. Army units.DESCRIPTION:You will coordinate and execute lab and field-based integration and test events in support of the NGC2 experimentation portfolio. You will work with Army units, vendor systems, and program office staff to validate system integration, support test planning, and capture results for rapid iteration.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, procedures, and schedules for lab and field experiments supporting NGC2.Coordinate with Army unit participants, vendor teams, system integrators, and internal program offices to prepare test environments, logistics, instrumentation, and data collection.Execute integration and test events: set up test configurations, monitor test execution, record results, and validate interoperability and functionality.Manage field-based experiments, coordinate unit participation, ensure compliance with operational protocols, and collect telemetry and test data.Analyze test results and produce briefings, after-action reports, and summaries for program leadership.Maintain traceability among requirements, test cases, and outcomes; update test artifacts and documentation.Support configuration management of test assets and maintain test instrumentation schedules.Assist in integration of software and hardware subsystems, identify integration issues, and support investigations and corrective actions.Additional Duties:QUALIFICATIONS:Required:U.S. Citizen with active or clearable DoD Secret security clearance.High school diploma plus 11 years of relevant experience.Demonstrated experience in integration and test engineering of defense systems, including planning, execution, and reporting.Experience coordinating both lab and field-based test events.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface with Army personnel and leadership.Preferred:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.Experience supporting Army C2 systems or tactical network integration (NGC2 or similar).Knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle and test and evaluation processes.Familiarity with open architecture, data-centric design, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud/edge integration.Experience with instrumentation, test automation tools, scripting languages, and telemetry frameworks.Experience with Jira, MS Project, or similar tracking and configuration tools.U.S. Citizen and active Secret Clearance.Benefits of working at Brown Technologies IncorporatedWe offer significant advancement and personal career development opportunities within our dynamic high-tech company.In addition, Brown Technologies offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and diverse benefits that reflect our company culture of service, excellence, and a supportive work environment.Competitive Wages*Medical, Rx, Dental & Vision InsuranceMedical plan with Health Savings Account eligibilityCompany-funded Life, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability InsurancePersonal Time Off and Paid Holidays401(k) Retirement PlanFlexible Spending AccountsTuition Reimbursement*Final compensation for this position is determined by factors such as responsibilities of the job, education, experience, certifications, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.Brown Technologies Incorporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer Employment opportunities at Brown Technologies are based upon a candidate’s qualifications and capabilities to perform the essential functions of a particular job and are free from discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, protected veteran status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.
