Job Overview
A fast-growing company in the fragrance industry is seeking a Warehouse Operator (Contract) to support key operations in shipping, inventory, and production support. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of daily warehouse operations, including inventory handling, order fulfillment, and support of fragrance production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support receiving and inspection of incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and damage
- Assist with assembling and restocking product packaging and materials
- Contribute to inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates
- Support organization of inventory for efficient storage and accessibility
- Perform order fulfillment activities, including pulling, packing, and preparing shipments
- Assist with shipping coordination, including labels and carrier preparation
- Support production operations, including bottle filling lines and labeling processes
- Utilize or support operation of liquid filling equipment (bottle filling machines) and automated labeling machinery
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in alignment with general safety practices
- Collaborate with on-site teams to support operational efficiency
Availability & Work Environment
- Flexible availability Monday through Sunday based on operational needs
- Operations run within a general window of 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Ability to support multiple shifts is preferred
- Opportunity for extended hours based on workload and production demand

- Must be able to commute between locations as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or distribution experience required
- Experience in production or manufacturing environments preferred (fragrance, cosmetics, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Bottle filling equipment / liquid filling machines
- Labeling machinery / automated labeling systems
- Warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Must have reliable transportation
