We are currently seeking a Marketing Events Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role will be a key driver in scaling our event marketing programs across both digital and in-person formats, with particular emphasis on virtual programs, CLE-accredited events, and nonprofit community partnerships. What You'll Do
Digital Events & Webinar Production
- Produce and manage virtual programs end-to-end on Zoom Webinars, including registration, run-of-show, speaker prep, live moderation, and post-event distribution
- Collaborate with attorneys to develop engaging webinar content and thought leadership programs
- Track event performance and surface insights to inform future programming
CLE Programming & Compliance
- Administer CLE-accredited programs, including accreditation applications, attendance verification, certificate issuance, and recordkeeping
- Stay current on CLE requirements across all jurisdictions in which the firm presents
In-Person & Hybrid Events
- Plan and execute a diverse portfolio of internal and external events, from high-touch client events to sponsored seminars and industry programs
- Manage all logistics end-to-end, including venue sourcing, vendor management, registration, staffing, and post-event reporting
- Be on-site for all events and maintain clear communication with attorneys and staff throughout
Nonprofit & Community Partnerships
- Serve as the firm's primary liaison to nonprofit partners, overseeing sponsorship fulfillment, event coordination, and attorney volunteer engagement
- Plan and execute community-facing events and report on the firm's nonprofit involvement to leadership
Strategy, Operations & Analytics
- Build and maintain scalable event processes, project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Track event ROI and performance metrics, and recommend improvements
- Drive cross-functional alignment across attorneys, practice groups, business development, and administration
Client & Stakeholder Relationships
- Support the client experience from initial outreach through post-event follow-up
- Communicate outcomes to leadership and maintain professional relationships with staff, vendors, and partners at all levels
What You’ll Bring
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3 years of progressive event marketing experience, including demonstrated ownership of virtual webinar programs end-to-end
- Hands-on experience producing and moderating Zoom Webinars (or comparable platforms), including run-of-show development and post-event distribution
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strong project management instincts and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the polish required to interact directly with attorneys, clients, and nonprofit leadership
Preferred
- Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment, with familiarity around CLE programming and attorney advertising considerations
- Working proficiency with the firm’s marketing technology stack: Asana, HubSpot, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Mailchimp
- Agency experience a plus
