Overview
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our Parts Department. This position is responsible for accurately pulling, packing, and shipping replacement parts to customers based on their orders.
Responsibilities
- Pull and pack parts according to customer orders and part numbers
- Verify part numbers and quantities to ensure orders are accurate
- Properly package parts for shipment
- Prepare orders for shipment using established procedures
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Learn and retain information about parts, part numbers, and procedures
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Communicate with coworkers and other departments as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to learn and retain information
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic ability to read and understand written instructions
- Previous warehouse, shipping, parts, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
