The Opportunity: Get Paid to Learn
Through our nationally recognized U.S. Department of Labor Retail Store Apprenticeship program, you’ll spend 2–3 years learning how to run a profitable retail business.
During the apprenticeship, you will:
1. Leadership & Talent Development
- Recruit, coach, and build a high-performing team
2. Financial Acumen
- Learn to understand a P&L, manage expenses, and drive profitability
3. Merchandising & Inventory Strategy
- Support buying and merchandising decisions that impact your store
4. Customer & Community Strategy

- Think like an operator and plan for long-term growth

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $45,000–$65,000/year, depending on experience and location
- Future compensation growth may be available through performance-based increases, leadership roles, and potential ownership opportunities for qualified individuals.
