Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with homeowners to evaluate their roofing requirements and deliver expert advice.
- Conduct detailed roof and property inspections to accurately assess the extent of damage and required repairs.
- Prepare precise project estimates and proposals while maintaining open communication with the production team.
- Act as a liaison between homeowners and insurance companies/adjusters to streamline the claims process.
- Guide homeowners through the selection of appropriate colors and materials for their roofing projects.
- Foster collaboration with team members to achieve shared objectives at regional, departmental, and company levels.
- Efficiently manage collections, actively seek referrals, and encourage positive online reviews.
- Remain adaptable to shifting priorities and deadlines while demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
- Stay informed about industry trends and participate in Continuing Professional Education opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficient in Windows, Mac, Linux OSX, and Microsoft Office and G Suite applications
- A self-starter with a willingness to exceed expectations

Compensation: $35,000 with Commission split. (Transition to commission after full pipeline is established at an estimated 5-7 months)
