Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counter Salesperson, located in Gilbert, AZ. The Counter Salesperson will assist customers at the sales counter by providing excellent service, sharing product knowledge, and recommending solutions for customer needs. Daily responsibilities include maintaining inventory organization, handling transaction processing, assisting with order fulfillment, and answering customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and specifications. The role may also involve contributing to inventory management and supporting team operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for providing excellent customer service
• Strong sales skills, including the ability to recommend relevant products and upsell
• Inventory management and organization skills
• Basic computer competency for order processing, inventory systems, and transaction handling
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• General knowledge or interest in plumbing, repair parts, or similar products is highly beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
