What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Service Advisor position at Brown's Family of Dealerships?
Brown’s West Branch has officially moved into our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. With our doors open and our service capacity expanding, we are adding an Automotive Service Advisor to our core service team.
Whether you are an experienced advisor ready for a modern shop environment or an accomplished professional from another industry with exceptional people skills, we provide the technology, training, and operational support to turn your drive into a high-earning career.
The Right FitWe look for builders, not job-hoppers. We invest heavily in our team members, so we focus on individuals who are goal-driven and committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
If you view a customer as an interruption rather than an opportunity, this position is not for you. We want organized, resilient professionals who are ready to plant roots, grow with our dealership, and maximize their career potential.

- The Communication Loop: Serve as the direct link between the shop bays and the customer. Translate technical recommendations into plain language and keep guests informed at every stage of service.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated work stability and a dependable work ethic.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive, coachable attitude. We can teach the process, but we cannot teach attitude.
