A Day in the Life

You walk in at 7:45 → coffee in hand

  • First thing: check the schedule messages → get ahead of the day
  • Customers start rolling in → you greet them, check them in, keep it smooth
  • Phones ring, texts come in → you handle it like a pro (no chaos, just flow)
  • Techs need updates → you keep communication tight and clear
  • Mid-morning: things get busy → but this is where you shine
  • Afternoon: follow-ups, scheduling, wrapping up jobs
  • End of day → everything is handled, shop is set up for tomorrow

You leave knowing you actually kept the whole place running like a well oiled machine.

What You’ll Be Doing (Your Role in the Shop)

Think of yourself as the bridge between customers and technicians.

  • Greet customers and make them feel at home (not like a number)
  • Answer phones, texts, and messages (we keep it real, not robotic)
  • Schedule appointments and keep the day flowing smoothly
  • Create customer tickets
  • Update customers on their vehicles (clear, honest, no fluff)
  • Help coordinate workflow between the front and the shop
  • Keep things organized—without killing the vibe

You don’t need to be a “car expert”— but some general car maintenance knowledge will help you shine.

You’ll do great here if you:

  • Are friendly, outgoing, and communicate well
  • Can stay organized without getting overwhelmed
