Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Safety Specialist located in Theodore, AL. The Safety Specialist will be responsible for promoting and ensuring a safe working environment, conducting safety training sessions, and implementing safety protocols. Daily tasks include monitoring site activities, conducting accident investigations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, the Safety Specialist will be tasked with supporting occupational health initiatives and maintaining comprehensive safety documentation.

- Occupational Health knowledge and experience
- Proficiency in conducting Safety Training sessions
- Experience with Accident Investigation procedures
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, or related field preferred
