What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Brown Realtors Property Management?
We are looking for an independent contractor that is reliable, knowledgeable and experienced in home maintenance repair. You will perform jobs across a variety of trades for residential customers in Madison County Illinois.
Responsibilities:
- Perform home repairs across a variety of trades on rental properties.
- Mostly plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
- Small jobs to getting a property ready for city inspection and to rent.
- Work with our owners and tenants in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years paid experience in home repair.
- Must carry insurance.
- Excellent people skills.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Clean criminal record.
- Available for year-round employment.
- Knowledge of city inspection requirements preferred.
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week

License/Certification:
