We are a fast-growing real estate investment company in the Golden Triangle area (Columbus, Starkville, and West Point), seeking a motivated Acquisition Manager to help purchase distressed single-family homes. The ideal candidate is a driven closer with strong communication skills and a passion for real estate. This role is responsible for managing both inbound and outbound seller leads — with half of the leads provided by the company and half sourced through your own cold calling and outreach. You’ll analyze property values, negotiate directly with sellers, and help the company acquire at least 2 properties per month. Compensation is $2,500 per closed deal, with additional bonuses and performance-based pay available. Prior sales or real estate experience is preferred, along with the ability to self-manage, follow up consistently, and thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
