Job Description:

As a Working Foreman - Diesel Technician at Brown NationaLease in Iowa Falls IA, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in maintaining and repairing diesel trucks and equipment. Your role involves overseeing day-to-day operations in the shop, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to high standards. You will also be hands-on in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex mechanical issues on various types of diesel vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of technicians in performing maintenance and repairs on diesel trucks
• Ensure shop operations run smoothly and efficiently
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on diesel vehicles
• Perform repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime for clients
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL and ASE certifications preferred
• Prior experience as a diesel technician or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
