Qualifications
- Familiarity with processes for requesting and obtaining medical and medical billing records
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems (Filevine, Needles, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and organized
What You’ll Do
- Request, follow up on, and complete requests for medical records
- Maintain updated case notes in the case management system
- Communicate with clients to stay updated on their treatment and providers
- Collaborate with paralegals and attorneys to meet case deadlines and settlement preparation timelines
- Review and organize records for completeness, accuracy, and relevance to personal injury cases
- Take on special projects as needed
