What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hematologist/Oncologist position at Brown Medicine?
Brown University Health is seeking a hematologist/oncologist for an academic, community based role.
The successful candidate must qualify for a full-time medical faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. The candidate will work primarily in one of Brown University Health’s Massachusetts sites doing general hematology/oncology while having the opportunity to be involved in teaching and subspecialty care at one of our major teaching hospitals in Providence RI. The minimum requirements include board certification or eligibility in hematology and/or oncology, excellence in patient care and teaching, and a commitment to scholarly participation in the research programs of The Warren Alpert Medical School.
