Entry Level Associate
Brown Legal PLLC
Boston law firm looking for a full-time entry-level Associate to work in its municipal tax title practice area. This position will primarily work with the firm’s municipal clients on all matters pertaining to real estate title law. Position also includes the opportunity to learn and grow across all of the firm’s practice areas. We look forward to bringing a new team member into our fast-paced world!
Job Responsibilities Include:
• Conducting title research utilizing the Massachusetts Registry of Deeds
• Conducting probate research and utilizing knowledge of the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code, Massachusetts Uniform Trust Code and intestacy law
• Direct and daily contact with interested parties involved in the Associate’s active cases
• Litigating M.G.L. c. 60 cases in the Massachusetts Land Court
Qualifications:
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar preferred but not required
• Familiarly with, or strong interest in, real estate and probate law
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as thrive in a team environment
