We are seeking an experienced Aviation Insurance Account Manager to join our growing aviation specialty team. This role supports a diverse book of personal and commercial aviation accounts, working closely with aircraft owners, operators, and insurance underwriters to deliver exceptional service, accurate coverage, and timely execution.

- Manage a dedicated book of personal and commercial aviation insurance accounts, including General Aviation, Corporate Aviation, and aviation-related businesses
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing day-to-day service, coverage explanations, and risk management support
- Work directly with insurance underwriters and carrier partners to market accounts, negotiate terms, and secure coverage
- Prepare and manage renewals, endorsements, certificates, policy changes, and documentation with accuracy and timeliness
- Review policies for accuracy, coverage intent, and compliance with client needs and underwriting requirements
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, carriers, and internal team members—both written and verbal
- Maintain detailed and organized account documentation within the agency management system
- Adhere to internal workflows, timelines, and service standards to ensure a consistent client experience
- Prior experience as an Insurance Account Manager or Account Executive (aviation experience strongly preferred)
- Solid understanding of insurance coverages, forms, and policy structures (aviation-specific knowledge is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a specialized team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft 365 (or similar tools)
