What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foreman position at Brown Industrial Construction?
About the Opportunity Fortis is a civil group that has entered the signalization and ITS space, with approximately $5M in work secured over the past 10 months. We are building out our core operations team and looking for someone who wants to be part of the foundation — not just fill a seat.
Role Overview This is a true foreman/superintendent-level position. The right candidate must be able to step onto a job site and run work independently from day one. This is not a driver or general labor role — we are looking for a plug-and-play hire with proven crew leadership experience in traffic signal and roadway lighting construction.
