The Healthcare and Life Sciences Team at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is seeking an Investment Banking Experienced Analyst to join our team. This vertical focuses on several key areas: Diagnostics & Research Tools, Pharma Outsourcing, Medical Device Services, Payer Services, and Provider Services. This role is based out of our Chicago, IL office.
Responsibilities
- Supports senior bankers in transaction execution and client management
- Performs financial analysis and modeling
- Conducts industry research and business due diligence
- Develops client presentation materials
Qualifications
- One or more years of previous experience in M&A Investment Banking or Corporate M&A
- Bachelor’s Degree required (majoring in Business, Finance or Accounting)
- Sell side M&A experience preferred
- Experience in healthcare and life sciences preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
- Proven track record of strong transaction execution including presentations, financial analysis, transaction marketing documents and preparation of other materials
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and organization skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines

Full-Time Salary Range
$110,000—$130,000 USD
