Brown-Forman is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our distillery and bottling operations running smoother than our finest whiskey! What's Pouring In: ● Competitive pay ranging from $31.47 to $34.97 plus shift differential ($.40 2nd Shift, $.50 3rd Shift) ● Distillery Shift: 2nd - 3:00pm to 11:00pm | 3rd 11:00pm - 7:00am ● Bottling Shift: 2nd - 2:30pm to 11:00pm | 3rd 10:30pm - 7:00am Your Toolbox Should Include: ● 3+ years of experience as a mechanic/machinist in process manufacturing ● Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic systems ● Skills in machine shop equipment, welding techniques, and metal fabrication ● A knack for preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment modifications ● The ability to thread and install various types of pipes with finesse ● Computer savvy to keep up with the digital side of maintenance ● A high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to lift and carry 80 pounds ● A commitment to safety, including the use of PPE and adherence to LOTO procedures ● Must be 21+ and ready to pass necessary screenings and tests What Makes You Stand Out: ● Expertise in welding (Shielded metal, Arc, Oxyacetylene, Heliarc, and Mig) ● Experience with packaging line and material handling equipment repairs ● Proficiency in operating forklifts, man lifts, and other machinery ● Ability to operate lathes, milling machines, and grinders to precise specifications ● Knowledge of steam systems, pumps, motors, valves, and hydraulic systems Who We Are We believe great people build great brands.
