- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks in freezer conditions (-10°F to -20°F)
- Maintain product integrity by following cold-chain and food safety standards
- Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and orders
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections
- Keep freezer areas clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation standards
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain through the company
- Prior warehouse or foodservice distribution experience preferred
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding role
- Freezer environment with temperatures as low as -20°F
- Required PPE including insulated suits, gloves, and steel-toe boots
- Fast-paced distribution setting with performance expectations
- May require overtime, weekends, and early/late shifts
- Experience in food distribution or cold storage logistics
- Familiarity with products such as frozen meats, dairy, and prepared foods
- RF scanner and warehouse management system experience
- Strong teamwork and reliability
