We are a growing flooring company expanding our residential division and looking for driven sales professionals who want to grow with us. We provide support, systems, and opportunity—but we’re looking for individuals who take ownership of their results.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate additional business through canvassing, referrals, and networking (realtors, contractors, etc.)
- Run company-provided leads and appointments
- Meet homeowners, measure spaces, and create estimates
- Present solutions and close deals on-site
- Follow up consistently and manage your pipeline
What We’re Looking For:
- Self-motivated, go-getter mentality
- Comfortable generating your own opportunities in addition to company leads
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Sales experience preferred (flooring or home improvement is a plus)
- Organized and able to manage multiple prospects
Compensation:
- Base salary for stability
- Uncapped commission (performance-driven)
