What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with municipal customers
- Identify opportunities and recommend equipment solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
- Represent BEC with professionalism, integrity, and passion
- 4 years of direct sales experience to municipalities
- Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Strong consultative selling and closing skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily
- Must live within or near the assigned territory
