Dog Bather / Canine Care Specialist

Brown Dog Inn is looking for a reliable, compassionate Dog Bather / Canine Care Specialist to join our team. This hands-on role focuses on bathing and salon support while assisting with daily dog care and enrichment. Training is available for the right candidate.
Schedule
Weekends & Holidays required
Flexible weekday shifts available, with a preferred start time of 8:00 AM. Sunday availability is required, and occasional Saturday shifts may be needed during busy seasons and holidays.
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable around dogs
- Calm, patient, and detail-oriented
- Reliable with weekend and holiday availability
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Professional dog experience preferred, but not required
What You’ll Do
- Assist with bathing, drying, brushing, de-shedding, and blow-outs
- Support nail filing and coat care services
- Safely handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments
- Monitor and document health and wellness concerns
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Assist with feeding, walks, enrichment, playgroups, and cleaning as needed
