Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring the smooth flow of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of livestock feed and office procedures. Livestock knowledge is required.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly, providing a welcoming environment.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls, schedule pick up orders and deliveries, and respond to inquiries.
- Verify customer details, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Attention to detail and understanding livestock feeds for different livestock species.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer records.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and data entry using Quickbooks applications.
- Requirements
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Quickbooks POS.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a good understanding of livestock and livestock feeds.
