Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Devine, TX. The Salesperson will assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, provide exceptional service throughout the sales process, and maintain strong product knowledge. Responsibilities include identifying customer requirements, conducting test drives, negotiating sales transactions, and achieving or exceeding sales targets. The Salesperson will also build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven sales or customer service skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and demonstrate value
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain client relationships
- Basic understanding of automotive products or willingness to learn quickly
- Negotiating and problem-solving skills to manage transactions and address client concerns
- Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using customer management tools or sales systems is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or business is an advantage
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
