The Job
- Work the lot, phones, and internet leads and turn them into deals
- Match customers with the right new or pre-owned Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram
- Help people through the process the right way — no games, just good deals and happy customers
- Follow up, earn referrals, and build a book of business that pays you month after month
- Work hard, stay hungry, and get paid when you produce
Who Fits
- Competitive, coachable, and motivated by money and results
- Strong people skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Willing to work a full schedule, including weekends (Mon–Fri 9–7, Sat 9–6)
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
- Sales experience is a plus, but hunger and work ethic matter more — we’ll train the right person
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
