Job Summary
Brown’s Adventure Farm is looking for a hands-on Attractions & Safety Team Lead for our seasonal events. This position helps oversee our attractions team, ensures attractions are operated safely and consistently, and keeps things running smoothly throughout the day.
We’re looking for someone who is confident leading a team, comfortable enforcing safety rules, stays calm under pressure, and isn’t afraid to step in and solve problems. Experience in attractions, recreation, theme parks, family entertainment, or team leadership is preferred.
Weekend and evening availability is required during our festival season.
Duties
- Lead and supervise attraction team members throughout the festival grounds
- Complete opening safety checks and make sure attractions are ready before guests arrive
- Monitor attractions throughout the day to ensure rules and operating procedures are being followed
- Coach and correct team members when safety or operating standards are not being met
- Help manage attraction lines, guest flow and capacity during busy periods
- Coordinate team member breaks and attraction coverage
- Respond quickly to safety concerns, incidents or attraction issues
- Complete incident reports and immediately communicate serious concerns to Farm leadership
- Maintain clear radio communication with other team leads and management
- Have the confidence to stop an attraction when something is unsafe or not operating correctly
- Help keep attraction areas clean, organized and guest-ready
Experience
- Proven experience in event venue management or attractions operations with a focus on safety oversight.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervisory or managerial roles in hospitality or entertainment settings.
- Familiarity with health & safety standards including first aid and CPR certification is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills for managerial decision-making and team coordination.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
