What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver - Personal Vehicle - $25/hour position at Brown Box Delivery Corp.?
HOME DELIVERY DRIVERS NEEDED DURING OUR BUSY SEASON!
No driving experience required. Turn your extra hours into easy money! We are currently hiring for seasonal drivers with potential to stay Full-time.
Schedule: Monday to Friday or Monday - Saturday No Sundays
Drug Test Required: This is a Federal DOT mandated job. A Drug Test is required which does include marijuana. If you can't pass due to marijuana use, please don't apply until you can.
PAY: $25 per hours plus gas card
MUST USE YOUR OWN VEHICLE
- No Commercial driving experience necessary.
- No DOT physical required.
- Must pass a drug screen to get hired.
- Must be organized, diligent, and reliable
Driver Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license that you have held for at least 1 year
- Must be willing to submit to a background check
- Must have a smartphone and cell phone service
- Must have a vehicle mid-size sedan or larger
Vehicle Requirements:
- Vehicle model year must be 2011 or newer (should not be older than 15 years)
- Must be under 10,000 lbs. GVWR
- Vehicle must be in good condition (no damage, rust, stickers, or decals) -Vehicle must be registered to you
- Vehicle must have proof of insurance: You will be responsible for maintaining state minimum level insurance coverage on your vehicle. You may need to contact your insurance carrier and get supplemental insurance.
