Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Therapist based in Jackson, TN, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Therapist will provide compassionate mental health and substance use counseling services, conduct individual and group therapy sessions, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. The role involves active collaboration with clients, their families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care and recovery support.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in therapeutic techniques, including individual and group therapy
- Experience in creating and implementing treatment plans for mental health and substance use disorders
- Effective communication and active listening skills to build trust and rapport with clients
- Proficiency in maintaining clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Tennessee required (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
- Experience in telehealth platforms and virtual counseling is a plus
