What are the responsibilities and job description for the Character Performer position at Brown Beauty Magic-Doriane's Character Company?
We are hiring actors ages 16 and older for character appearances throughout the CSRA. Our employees are high-energy and love working with children. Employment includes dressing in professional costumes and wigs provided by the company. Employees must be comfortable performing simple dance routines and/or singing songs (singing is encouraged but not required). We do require that you stay in character at all times. We are specifically looking to fill the roles for K pop demon hunters, Mulan, Princess Jasmine, Prince Naveen, Prince charming and a few male superhero characters ONLY. Requirements to the position include:
- Must love working with children
- Must be able to stay in character
- Smile often and be friendly and kind
- Must be on time and dependable
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to sing is a plus
- Ability to dance is appreciated but not required
- Flexibility and weekend availability
- Spanish speaking is a PLUS
