Sandwich Artist / Shift Leader

• Make fast, accurate and consistent sandwiches in a timely manner.
• Complies with all portion sizes, recipes and all systems and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items.
• Checks inventory and restock sandwich area to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the day.
• Prep vegetable and meats.
• You do not have to Grill, Cook and Fry Food.
• Perform all relative duties as required.
• Must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment efficiently and accurately.

Cashiers / Shift Leader

• Greet customers upon arrival into cafe, take orders, operates our POS cashier system.
• Will need to be able to make Specialty Coffees and Drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of Front Work Area, Bathrooms and Dining Lobby.
• Restock inventory in the Front Area.
• Help kitchen staff to run food to customers in a timely manner.
• Take phone orders and complete third party delivery tickets.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Opening and Closing of the Restaurant.
• Must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment efficiently and accurately.

Essential Functions of Position:

• The ability to stand for extensive periods of time, bend over, reach upwards or outward, twist, turn around, and climb up on ladders in a timely fashion.
• The ability to perform a variety of jobs at a very rapid pace for extensive periods of time
• The ability to work in an environment with temperature fluctuations.
• The ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance.
• The ability to understand and to follow directions.
