We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Automotive Technician to join our service team. Duties
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
- Assist with diagnostics using automotive electrical systems and schematics to identify issues
- Conduct repairs on powertrain components, including engines and transmissions, with a focus on diesel engine repair when applicable
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to perform repairs and modifications
- Execute wheel alignments and suspension adjustments to ensure proper vehicle handling
- Support advanced repair tasks such as ADAS calibration and vehicle electrical system troubleshooting
- Assist with auto body repairs and general maintenance tasks as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to ensure safe operations at all times
Requirements
- Prior experience or familiarity with automotive diagnostics, electrical systems, and mechanical repairs is preferred
- Knowledge of schematics, powertrain systems, and vehicle maintenance procedures
- Experience working with GM vehicles is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and perform basic auto body work
- Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of automotive service standards
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Willingness to learn new skills related to automotive repair, including ADAS calibration and diesel engine repair
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
