ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Analyst with experience in the automotive or automotive aftermarket industry to support the successful delivery of projects and new product development initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and using data to drive informed decision-making. You'll play an important part in ensuring projects stay organized, on track, and positioned for success.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Administration
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects and new product development initiatives.
- Maintain project schedules, action registers, project documentation, and project records.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture actions, and follow up on outstanding deliverables.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, and progress against agreed timelines.
- Assist with project governance processes, approvals, and stage-gate requirements.
Reporting & Project Analysis
- Maintain project data and reporting within Wrike and other project management systems.
- Produce project status reports, dashboards, performance metrics, and presentation materials for stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule, resource, or delivery risks requiring escalation.
- Support the preparation of business cases, gate approval documentation, and project updates.
- Analyse project performance data and provide insights to support decision-making.
Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to gather project updates, track deliverables, and maintain project timelines.
- Coordinate supplier information, documentation, and project-related communications.
- Support supplier performance reviews and help capture project lessons learned.
- Build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure information flows effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
Product & Data Management
- Maintain and update product, project, pricing, cost, and specification data within relevant systems.
- Ensure project and product information remains accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Support the administration of new product introductions, change requests, and product lifecycle activities.
- Assist with data validation and reporting to support project and business objectives.
Continuous Improvement
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery and new product development processes.
- Capture project learnings, document best practices, and assist with process improvement activities.
- Contribute to improvements in project reporting, governance, and project management tools.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years' experience in a project coordination, project analyst, business analyst, or project support role.
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to track project schedules, milestones, actions, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare meaningful reports.
- Experience preparing project documentation, dashboards, presentations, and status reporting.
- Proficiency in project management and reporting tools, including Wrike.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with suppliers, vendors, or external business partners.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business systems.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to supporting project delivery.
- Knowledge of new product development, manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or technical environments is desirable.
- Previous exposure to international suppliers or global project environments is advantageous.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
