Experienced Baker
Rino’s Crepes & Cappuccinos is looking for an experienced and dependable baker to join our team. We are seeking someone who can work independently and help us expand our selection of fresh, homemade baked goods for our café.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake muffins, pastries, croissants, and other baked goods
- Follow existing recipes and maintain consistent quality
- Assist with developing new and seasonal baked items
- Prepare baked goods for daily service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area
- Monitor ingredients and communicate inventory needs
- Ensure products are fresh, attractive, and ready for service on time
Qualifications:
- Previous professional or commercial baking experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic baking techniques and food safety
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to manage time efficiently and complete daily production
- Creative input and experience developing recipes is a plus
Schedule:
Part-time or full time with the potential for additional hours. Morning/early morning availability is preferred.
