Summary: Sourcing Recruiter responsibilities include searching social networks and portfolio sites to identify potential candidates, create email campaigns, campus recruiting, and organizing an effective employee referral system. Responsible for working collaboratively with the Talent Specialists to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.

• This position is located on-site in Fort Lauderdale, FL. There is no hybrid or remote opportunity.
  
  

Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field

Experience: Two Years of related experience in recruitment or HR

Credentials: PRC (Professional Recruiter Certification); AIRS (Recruiter Academy); ACIR (Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter) preferred
