Summary: This position assists the Vice President of Compliance/Privacy with the implementation and oversight of the compliance plan including auditing and monitoring activities. Manages receipt, intake and follow up of compliance issues and maintains the compliance database. Serves as the point of contact and supervises compliance staff. Oversees and performs investigations under the direction of the VP and writes formal reports on compliance concerns. Assists in conducting ongoing compliance assessments, writes and communicates reports for management. Coordinates results and ensures corrective action plans are completed and documented.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree obtained through a formal four year program.
Experience:
* Three Years
Credentials:
* Certified Healthcare Compliance (or obtain within 18 months of hire)
