Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and business intelligence tools, along with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and business risks.
- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, data models, and reporting frameworks.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
- Lead data validation and quality assurance efforts to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support strategic planning, forecasting, and performance management initiatives.
- Create executive-level presentations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with data engineering, IT, finance, operations, and business teams.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in analytics and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
