Under limited supervision, provides quality respiratory care in an appropriate, safe and cost effective manner in accordance with NBHD policy, regulatory standards, and clinical practice guidelines. Provides patient care, diagnostic testing, recommendations and education to ensure optimal patient outcomes based upon best practice.
