PHARMACY MGMT ASSISTANT/BUYER -FTE.
3 years of related experience. High school diploma or equivalent. State of Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician License and PTCB preferred.
Purchases and processes payment of pharmaceuticals, supplies and routine material from approved venders. Manages and controls inventory activities. Conducts analysis of quality, cost, service and other factors in order to support strategic purchasing and medication formulary decisions. Establishes and maintains communication with internal and external customers to identify purchasing needs, Maintains proficiency with order processing systems including primary and secondary wholesaler purchasing systems, e-mails, desktop applications and Internet browsers.
