Develops, designs, administers, and manages training programs, special projects, and quality assurance. Involvement with testing and installation of system upgrades. Administers training needs assessments, course development with materials, and coordination and planning of new and refresher training courses in order to support efficient operations for all patient access and revenue management areas and the central business office.
