Summary:
Oversees clinical outcomes, human resources management, financial performance, patient experience, marketing, and program refinement in response to needs and trends. Provides goal development and implementation consistent with the mission, organization's strategic plan, and resources. Provides clinical leadership and administrative direction for the goal development, process implementation, evaluation, and operational management of Surgical Services and Clinics.
Education:
* Master's degree obtained through at least a 2-year program required.
* Graduate from an accredited nursing program/school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, BSN or MSN).
Experience:
Essential:
* Seven years of related hospital surgical services experience, including department management.
Credentials:
* CNOR preferred.
