Summary:
Provides strategically-aligned clinical education/training/orientation and simulation and achieves outcomes consistent with organizational performance objectives. Determines stakeholder needs and develops innovative learning opportunities through clinical education and simulation training. Implements monitoring tools and quality training protocols and ensures that organizational standards are met.
Education:
Essential:
* Bachelor's in Nursing from an Accredited School of Nursing
Experience:
Essential:
* Three Years of acute care RN experience required. Two year's human resource training/educaiton preferred.
Credentials:
Essential:
* Registered Nurse license
* Basic Life Support
