Summary:
The ideal candidate will have experience engaging with diverse communities and working collaboratively with community-based organizations. The role will also involve attending health fairs, cultural events, and community meetings to assist community members in navigating and accessing the resources available at Broward HealthPoint.
Works collaboratively with Regional Manager/Director to increase utilization of services throughout Broward Health, including but not limited to Broward Health Weston, Urgent Care Centers, Diagnostic Centers, Surgery Centers, etc. Develops, establishes and maintains positive relationships with market physicians and their office staffs. Enhances efforts by fostering a high level of communication and shared information with Regional Manager/Direct, Regional Administrator and Service Managers.
