Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position for a CT Technologist located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The CT Technologist will perform high-quality diagnostic imaging exams, ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols, and collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver optimal patient care. Responsibilities include preparing patients for procedures, operating and maintaining CT equipment, and analyzing diagnostic results to assist physicians in identifying medical conditions.
Qualifications
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Proficiency in Radiologic Technology and Radiology practices
- Strong understanding of Radiation Safety standards and protocols
- Knowledge of medicine and medical terminology related to diagnostic imaging
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze diagnostic results
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field preferred
