Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the face of our salon, ensuring every client receives a warm welcome and professional service. You will also assist with social media content creation and support marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Greet every customer warmly upon arrival and stand at the door to welcome potential clients when the salon is empty.
- Answer phone calls promptly and schedule appointments accurately.
- Ring up customers and handle transactions with accuracy.
- Discuss memberships and promote salon products to clients.
- Create engaging social media content (photos, videos, reels) weekly.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and assist with light salon upkeep.
- Dress in professional, all-black attire daily.
- Attend weekly performance meetings and provide feedback.
Performance Expectations:
- Greet customers within 5 seconds of arrival.
- Create at least 3–5 social media content pieces per week.
- Promote membership options to every eligible client and meet sales targets.
- Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred.
- Comfortable on camera for social media content.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for beauty.
