This role offers a base role $35,000/ year, successful 'A' players can earn up to $90,000/yr inclusive of commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Connect with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Explain complex insurance policies in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
- Develop and present customized insurance proposals to meet client objectives.
- Process applications and ensure accurate policy issuance.
- Nurture client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Stay informed about new products and industry trends to better serve clients.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Requirements
- Active Alabama Property & Casualty License (Required).
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A genuine passion for helping people and building lasting relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
Salary : $30,000 - $50,000
