Responsibilities
Key Position Responsibilities:
- Being consistently reliable, performs at a high level everyday
- Developing positive work relationships with team members to keep team on track
- Following all Allstate, Broussard Agency, and legal guidelines in the practice of insurance sales
- Quoting and Binding of P&C business
- Obtaining a level of activity consistent with your goals
- Obtaining referrals for agency growth and your growth
- Consistent training in and out of the office
- Providing a high degree of customer service excellence at all times
- Identifying opportunity and pivoting to additional products
- Working with and through existing Team Members to accomplish sales goals
- Participating in Team Events and Meetings
Requirements
Property & Casualty Licensed within a specified time frame.
