- Supervise and coordinate the activities of store employees during evening/closing hours.
- Ensure that closing tasks are completed according to company standards and guidelines.
- Assist with cash management, including balancing registers and preparing deposits.
- Conduct closing procedures, such as securing the store and setting alarms.
- Address any customer inquiries or issues that arise during evening/closing hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves as needed.
- Train and mentor closing team members to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Understanding of store operations and closing procedures.
- Knowledge of cash handling and register reconciliation.
- Familiarity with inventory management principles.
