Job Summary: As a Bakery Manager, you will be at the forefront of our grocery store's bakery department, overseeing daily operations, ensuring top-notch product quality, and leading a team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. This role offers the exciting opportunity to merge your passion for baking with strategic leadership, contributing to the success and innovation of our bakery offerings.

Examples of Duties:

• Oversee all bakery operations, including production, staffing, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve department goals, including sales targets, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise, schedule, and provide guidance to bakery staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe bakery space.
• Collaborate with vendors to source premium ingredients and innovative bakery products.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and introducing new offerings.
• Manage inventory levels effectively, order supplies, and coordinate with the overall store inventory systems.

• Experience with inventory management and ordering systems.
